The offer has landed...

I've just been informed by Mr. Clipped's assistant (Clippy Sidekick) that the mortgage lender has finally authorised the new offer.

It is being faxed over to Bubbles as we speak.

Now I need to wait for the mortgage lender to move the cash into Bubbles' customer account. Then move my cash into there too (when it has arrived tomorrow), then finally collect the keys!
