No news on the mortgage front, not for the lack of badgering either!

In other news, I have started the transfer of funds required to pay the remainder of my part of the sale (mainly comprising of £10,000 in tax, curses to government).

Looking good for compltion on Friday (if the mortgage comes though), and since I'll be celebrating my birthday on Sunday, my new home can be my birthday prezzie to myself! (If it comes off.) :)
