Shark wants to complete the sale by Friday. I'd like to too, but we did agree that it would be done within 14 days of exchange. And that 14 days gives me some wiggle room regarding the whole debacle that is the mortgage offer.

Bubbles is contacting the Shark's solicitors to let them know that they agreed to 14 days, we don't want to be held to 4 days. Can you imagine, the Shark would probably try to stiff me for 10% of the value of the property then put it back on the market, if I didn't quite manage the 4 day limit!
