Acceptance!!! (At long last.)

I've just had a call from Bubbles, the offer has been accepted!

Lots to do!

Full steam ahead, we plan to exchange with the existing mortgage offer and sort things out with the mortgage lender over the extra premium, and go with a reissued mortgage at completion.

So currently things to do include:

1. Sort out mortgage.
2. Exchange contracts.
3. Search for extra cash if I can't sort out the mortgage.
4. Plan moving house.
5. Compile a huuuuge list of people to notify of my change of address.

Wow, it's actually on!

(As predicted they expect me to pick up the planning indemnity insurance premium, the conveniently didn't read to the end of the sentence on the offer!)
